I have interstitial cystitis and need to find vitamin B12 injections that don’t contain acid/ acetate. Does anyone know where I can buy these?

The only injections I am aware of for B12 are done via gp. Never heard of option to inject yourself. Otherwise just know about tablets that people can take. Be worth discussing with your chemist?

The sublingual spray is very effective and works well for me. It actually tastes quite good too, something has to!😁

The B12 INJECTIONS are given in your doctors surgery, mine every twelve weeks. Given by the Nurse. Mine was due today although my Surgery cannot get them at this time due tp shortages. So now I am taking tablets every day until I get my injection.Sad to say I am revting to my PsA walking is beginning a real problem again
