Hi I am full time wheelchair user who was diagnosed with concostidis in 2019. Does it make anyone else need to Burp? I am going to mention again to GP as think it started again in August 2021. Some days across who are now not just left (I do exercise and my chest isn't open if that makes sense) It can be made worse lying on my back and If anxious or stressed with work some days anyone else?

Haven’t heard of that symptom with costochondritis. But am not a doctor! As with any new symptoms you should mention to gp. Because of your comments re worse when lying down and if stressed I wonder if problem is due to reflux? If so can be eased by medications.

I have that I think too sometimes. I do feel like pulled something to so goodness knows 🤔

Sometimes different things can have the same underlying causes. For instance hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos can cause both reflux and costochondritis and hiatus hernias too. Not saying you have this, just using it as an example of why sometimes these symptoms come together.
