I am so sorry you are having chronic pain after surgery!! How long ago was the procedure? I have anxiety and lower back pain and always wondered if the anxiety makes the back pain worse. On one disc, the nerves are compressed, and on the other, I have an annular tear= lots of pain. I have had three epidural cortisone shots and need to get back in to see the specialist for next steps. I hope you feel better! 💕🥰

i didnt have surgery---im riddled with osteoarthiritis----the pain in the spine is excruciating-----ive had injections in the spine-made no difference. the pain is 10/10. its spread to the ribs the osteoarthiritis---and joint pain all the time

thanks--i hope you feel ok soon----ive been in pain now for 3 years--ive had no relief from the pain----ive been on morphine for the pain---it made no difference at all
