started of after falling in a game of basketball and bracing the fall with my hands. it started with waking in the morning with pain in the triceps and then it would move to the wrists, lately it then only started in the wrists and but has now moved up my arm to elbow and then back to triceps. no discolouration or swollen anywhere on arm. been about a 8 days or more.
