Hot weather

For the past few days I suddenly feel really tired - sleepy where I just need to sleep. And I end up doing that woteva the time in the day it is. I just don’t know why. I feel so tired and it’s not because of my celiac disease. Then someone mentioned it could be the the heat. It’s been very hot and I’ve been sitting outside tho not for long periods. Could this be the reason? in anybody’s opinion?

Yes it could be the heat, especially if you're dehydrated. I used to love the heat, but my body can't handle it anymore.
