I have Fibromyalgia and FND and recently fell injuring my back and pelvis more. Im already maxed out on Longtec 120mg daily and Duloxatine. It's become apparent that the current treatment isn't working for me and just offers a slight energy burst. I'm getting MRI tomorrow.

Is there a particular pain clinic that's highly regarded or anywhere trialing Ketamine as I'm interested in that too for my treatment resistant depression thanks
