Go with a completely open mind.

Have you kept a pain diary?

Go with your shoulder back and be positive. You can do this.

My experience at pain clinic was not very good unfortunately. To start I felt it wasn't about me and my pain but how quick they could get me off my medication, and when I requested if some Aqua type exercise was available they looked at me as if I had two heads. I soon packed them in and am back under my own doctor who as started a gradual medicinal pain reduction. So my advice is go with an open mind and ……..beware.
