Bulging disc

I have only just found out that I have two bulging disc’s in my back one at the top of my neck and the other one is in my lower back that is giving me pain down my legs 🦵 and arms with pins & needles thanks

Hi, I also have this top and bottom. A long heating pad has helped

I have found that ice packs or heat packs are no good to me as I’ve tried them already and they didn’t last two minutes as the pain is that bad for me.

I am on gabapentin co-codamol and amitriptilyne and this heating pad is no temporary fix, I tried all the rest too. It is full length neck to base and wraps around your neck, it is on the whole time I am sitting with a control to turn the heat full up if you want, and it's hot if you need it to be.

I have back problems for decades and find with tablets, this pad and the odd good massage it's being dampened down a lot, always there but when I am sitting with the heat pad it feels a whole lot better.

Hi Andrew, I share your pain I have had two operations on my neck c3c4c5 fused and it left me with cervical myelopathy and I have all your issues , Which disc in your neck is it and have you seen a neurologist or neuro surgeon the longer you wait the worst it will get like toothache if it as to come out you can't ignore it and think it will get better . Clive.
