I've been feeling unwell for the past 5 days, it originally started as a stomach issue and has now evolved to dizzy spells, and random moments of feeling faint. When I have a normal cigarette my body twitches and pulses and the feeling gets worse.
Any ideas on what this could be?
Many thanks

As a Pain Concern volunteer, I am unable to provide you with medical advice.
Regarding your concerns about your health, you should contact your GP and see if they can offer you a telephone appointment for further investigation. Despite the current situation with COVID-19, many GP practices are now offering telephone appointments.
The moderator is right, we can't give medical advice or diagnose here. But I would like to make two points. First, all GP surgeries are open for patients and have been throughout the pandemic. What has changed is that they are doing triage by telephone first. For some surgeries this isn't a change, some had switched to 'telephone first' a few years ago.
Secondly you mention smoking. Maybe now would be a good time to give up both kinds of cigarettes. There is a lot of help now to give up smoking, and if it is making your symptoms worse, and they now know that smoking can make getting covid-19 a lot worse, there has never been a better time to give up. Both kinds!
You don't say what stomach issues you had so can't comment, but the dizzyness and feeling faint maybe blood pressure ... try not to smoke that doesn't help ( yes I know it's hard not to.). With what's going on right now, wouldn't hurt to get checked out with your gp. Can you do an online consultation with your surgery? might be quicker.
