Please help one day after ejaculating my right testicle started to hurt. And now there’s this dull ache in my right testicles and it’s been here for one week. It comes during the day but I never wake up in the morning with it. Ive seen a urologist did a testicular ct scan did a urine test did a prostate exam all results were normal. For the prostate the urologist stated that the prostate is good but that I have a very tight pelvic floor which is what is causing my testicular pain. Is this true? Have any one else been through this? What should I do about this if it’s true can’t be cured? Please answer if you have any information I would appreciate it.

I am a female, but if your urologist said your pelvic floor is tight I would start by seeing a pelvic floor physical therapist. He/she should be able to help relieve your tight pelvic floor. Best wishes!
