Thanks for your post. This sounds like something best to discuss with your GP to make sure your pain isn't signalling something requiring medical attention. If it does indeed come down to lifestyle, as the other comment suggests, your GP will also be able to best offer you advice moving forward.

Hi, As has been said, check your diet to make sure you are getting enough calcium.... But you really need a referral for an x-ray, to see if anything can be detected. Or, even possibly an MRI. But in covid times, not always easy to get. So, you should have a consultation with your GP. Which, most likely, not be face to face, but a video or phone call. So, the sooner you do that, the better. And I would get a knee support.
