For me, I get subluxations so I use a folding chair to help me self adjust, a tennis ball and vibrating peanut to massage and yoga. Just a few ways I keep my pain levels tolerable or from getting worse every day.

Hi Kara . Sounds like you’ve got your pain under control . Can you explain more about the tennis ball please . You’ve great advice thanks .
I wouldn’t say I control it but i’ve definitely learned a few ways to stay on top of it. A tennis ball has the perfect give and size for getting deep tissue, an angry nerve and knots. I will usually use my weight by laying on it with the ball directly under a nerve or knot and keep the pressure there for 15-20. it’s like someone found your pressure point, dug in and just keeps the pressure there. you can use it on pretty much any muscle in your body just don’t lay your spine on it.

Sounds fab . I will give it a try . Cheers .
I use a "Tens" machine, it helps a little
