I have pain in knees in morning get very stiff ,wonder I could do get out stiffness I do exercise and should seen physio but lockdown cannot go .so at moment using heatpad .got Zapain for pain pulled ligments in it .also since use crutches I bad elbow in middle use 1 arm that left .want can I do
