My husband bought me a type of heated back thing that goes from my neck down to my lower back had it in for a couple of hours yesterday as the pain was really bad. They make an important point of not wearing a support all the time as it would then actually weaken your muscles as you wouldn't be using them to the fullest extent. Hope everyone is keeping as well as possible.x

Has anyone used at home Tens therapy pain relief? I have PSA in my tendons and been using a machine I purchased from drug store and it’s pretty good.

I find the zapping a tad annoying. A nice chap from my local pain club made leads with tiny crocodile clips so I could use mine for electro acupuncture. 🤗
