Pain during ovulation

Hi,

I got my period back 4 month pp and since then my period last about two weeks. Now 4 month into period. my ovulation period I am experiencing horrible lower back pain right dab in the middle above my butt and it radiates over to my left butt cheek. My legs feel weak and my whole body feels ill. I went to urgent care today and she said it could just be ovulation pain. It started yesterday, got bad last night, and still feeling it today and have been laying down most the day. Mainly just a contrast ache in my lower back and left butt cheek area. Anyone else experience anything like this 😭🙏🏻

I think I answered this already but.. it could be an ovarian cyst ruptured?!? Nothing can be done for it and it’s not a bad thing... they form and rupture the stuff inside them is what causes pain... the stuff has to be carried away by body but until it does you feel pain. The weakness could be the heaviness of your cycle plus duration.

Try Advil, Tylenol and warm baths... it will lessen each day.... 😊🌷☀️

Get your vitamin B12, vitamin D and iron blood panel checked.

Deficiency or even being ‘low within the blood ranges’ can cause symptoms you have mentioned. Many, do not realise vitamins and minerals can be the cause of many symptoms and illnesses.

Did you check with a good PHYSIO? This sounds a lot like my SI joint pain, google it and check with a PHYSIO who specialises in women’s health.
