I've been experiencing back pain for about 6 months now, I struggle sitting down, trying to get back up really hurts my tail bone. I've noticed in the last couple of days when I'm walking it's hurting. Has anyone ever used crutches to help, do you advise trying to see if it relieves it at all? I was crying in pain yesterday after taking 5 different painkillers which was prescribed by GP.

You may be better off with a Zimmer frame than crutches, as you can put your weight evenly on them easier than you can on crutches and also, the zimmer doesn't slip as easily as the crutches do.
I'm sorry to hear you're having so much pain. Has the doctor figured out why you're having so much pain in your tail bone area?
I totally agree with Freedoms suggestion of getting a Zimmer frame. I believe that would be much more helpful. I had broken my tail bone completely off some time ago and still remember the pain it had caused me for several months. I hope you feel better real soon. Let us know how you're progressing. Take care😊
