Hip replacement (PVNS)

Hi, I have a rare condition called PVNS and the result of which means I need to have a total hip replacement. I’m still in my 20’s and haven’t had children yet. I’m wondering how this surgery will affect that? I’ve never had a serious operation and I’m so scared, this has been stressing me out for the past year. I don’t know much about the recovery either. I’m new to this so I don’t know what pages to follow or how this works. I’m hoping someone can help please.
