Anyone had this?? I just turned my head quickly and I felt like a pop/pull/burst in my brain! Is this normal?

This is what you can get during a session with an osteopath. A bit unnerving. Head neck is possibly slightly out of alignment before you moved your head. Or you put the head slightly out of alignment when you moved it.

If it is what I think it is then yes. I have had them since a child and I have survived to 61 so far :-). When it happens do you feel as if there is a rush of burning blood and you feel you have to hold your head still until it’s over?
