Hi I have pain when I sit I’m waiting for referral to find out why I am getting this pain as it has come out of no where so o am on look out for a good cushion that has a cut out in middle I tried a donut cushion but this did not help relieve the pain at all, the pain was not there when I stood up but now it’s getting to point where I have pain when sat, stood up and laid down. Any suggestions thanks

You want a coccyx cushion. Get a good one with deep foam...they come with washable covers.

Try Amazon or a mobility on line shop
