Nevro HF10 Therapy

Has anyone tried this? I am currently trialling the device following 6 years of lower back and buttocks nerve pain but am unsure about going any further as it is not giving me significant relief just yet although there are apparently many other programmes on the device to try.

I'll be interested to see how people have got on with this as I'm going to be having a trial in the near future I hope.

Is your trial not helping at All?

Yes to some extent - but maybe not enough so far as it needs to reduce the pain levels by 50% to enable the trial to be deemed a success

Can you change the programmes yourself to see if that gives more pain relief or does the hospital have to do that?

I waited about 9 months for my initial appointment to discuss mine and luckily they say I'm a good candidate for one. I've got to wait for an mri appointment first to check the leads can go in correctly and other appointments with them before I can start a trial it takes a long time .

I hope they can adjust yours to work better

Thanks. During the trial you follow the instructions of your Nevro Rep or pain clinic nurse and you change the settings yourself in accordance with their instructions, and keep a pain diary to see which of the settings are working better for you than others.
