In March this year I had a CT scan showing a small nodule,I'll have a following one in March this year coming. For many years I have back pain but for the last six months
got very bad especially on left side ...the pain is even worse In the morning but is continuous ,all the time...as well I have pain in my arm and not too much strength.Does someone experienced something similar? Could it be related with the small lump? Could the lump grow so fast that can make me problems ? I get very anxious only thinking that could be the lump causing this back pain .. Thank you for reading and hopefully the year coming will find us healthier and less worried.

Your arm problem is more likely to be due to problems in your cervical spine - neck. Back pain can be a sign of lung lesions but could also be caused by spinal problems.

You need to take advice on this, the Scans will keep your GP or Specialist informed if the problem becomes larger. Good luck with the Scan March
Personally I feel unable to relate to your arm however you may possible have a sensation where the lung is rubbing against the rib cage. Confirm the arm concern to your GP, they can possibly extend the scans/Xray next visit.
Could the problem be unrelated, lifting heavy weights, poor posture etc, that may cause problems
