Thank you for your advice, and your welcoming to the comunity, update:went to have my b12 injection today and nurse got doc to see me straight away as in so much pain, doc gave me enough meds to knock me out for a month, yes massive flare up, thank goodness for thease sites cos of your advice i knew not to worry, thank you all xxx
