Been to Docs today to report that Nefopam isn't doing any good. AS expected, told to stop taking them.
The pain is incredible at times.
Not sure which way to turn now....
Ideas so welcome please...
Thank you

Pain management is supposed to be really helpful although I haven’t yet tried it myself. I can’t tolerate any pain meds at all and tried the full gamut too.
Just now I’m taking Diazepam x3 daily for a few days. I seem to get very nauseous after food on them but they have helped Withe the sciatica and Trigeminal pain.
I was offered Nefopam too but it didn’t do much apart from make my left side feel weak and made me a bit woozy. So I’m getting to the stage where I might try excluding foods like sugar and be completely methodical - at least this would help my teeth and be a distraction. My friend who had Sjögren’s and Addison’s and a fractured spine, uses a meditation app on her iPhone has says this is the best for her.
I had just about given up when the oxy stopped working. I had been on near everything. But 6 months ago... my pain dr tried me on Belbuca. It's a tiny film that resolves in your mouth. It's been a miracle for me. I have ra... gout.. fibro...psoriac arthritis.. osteoarthritis and a broken spine. At least talk to your pain doctor about it. It's new and it's amazing.
Have you tried Gabapentin and Pregabalin?
