Pain radiate right side whole body when LFT cbc and ultrasound x Ray is normal

Why does have pain and radiate my right side whole body e,g neck shoulder below ribs arm leg from last 1 of the half year when my 2 ultrasound x Ray CBC LFT is normal

This sounds a lot like what I am suffering from I've had every test done from blood tests to x rays and everything seems normal but I am in lots of pain and constantly feel stiff have the docotrs got any idear of what it could be?
