I have radating pain down my leg pain in bottom of my spin I have had discectomy 10yrs ago iam on med but have days my legs are restless I have no energy sometime my hands shake Also in another dept iam 55yrs and can have a period for a month then a week nothing then period again this and pain is getting me down also some problems with inner organs I could go on and on

I am sorry to hear about all your pain. Have you talked to your GP? what have they said?

Sometimes pain in the legs is caused by a bottom up problem, that is something is going on in the feet that upsets the balance of things further up the system. Have you ever seen a podiatrist?

As for menopause, some sail through it but for others it is a horrible time. However once you are through it will be finished and everything will be better.

have you tried the Pain Toolkit? They have some ideas of drug free pain coping strategies that might help.
