I cannot sign petition. To survive NHS has to outsource treatment. Some of the outsourced treatment is far better than the NHS can deliver.

Dosent need saving its past repair. It needs a whole overhaul and change in direction. Health is too big an issue to be controlled by a gov that changes every 5 years.
