So I’m going to see a neurologist on Sunday about some issues I’ve been having- numbness tingling and weakness in my arms and legs. I have fibromyalgia already and I’m constantly in pain So I don’t know what is what anymore :(

Hi Laurenjf, Numbness, pins and needles, nerve or neurological pain, especially with fibromyalgia weakness and pain. These are all B12 Deficiency type symptoms.
