Hi all π
Bit of a mixed bag this week pain wise and been pushing myself to get Christmas ready. Today (after a horrendous night awake in pain) I thought I would pick my battle's and rest. I remain positive for a better night and hopefully be out of bed tomorrow.
It is OK to rest take time out get the pain under control stay on top!! The scariest thing about severe pain is the feeling of loosing control. Trying to hide from it does not work I find distraction works at times. So I will give in listen to my body but I will NOT give up looking for ways to improve my quality of life.
