Hi,I have been diagnosed with SVT (palpitations ),I’m told to call 999 if meds’ don’t stop it’then im taken to Resus for an injection to slow the heart down to normal, this has to be done whilst having an ECG, my worries are that my family including myself have planned a months holiday cruising in the Caribbean and back to the UK,we have to fly to Orlando first. Does anyone else have SVT,and how do they manage and what medication are they on ?.......should I stay home ? ☹️

Have you told your holiday insurance company you have this condition? If you have then you can go on your holiday and have a good time relaxing but follow the advice from Jakisu first for those handy tips.
