Numbness from the waist to toes

Mariofig54 I've been having this pain for a long time now it has gotten worst I have to get up walk around to ease the pain I've taking Tramadol, Diclofenac and Aleve and its not working on me what should I do

I assume you've spoken to your GP (hence the medications) - has the GP requested any referrals for you? At least for physiotherapy if you're waiting to see a consultant tho' it's hard to tell if you need a neurologist or someone else.

If the GP hasn't requested a referral, perhaps it's time to ask for one? Do you have any ideas what it might be? Did you have an accident a while back or do you think something else has happened?

Have you had a diagnosis yet or any investigations?

Do you think it sounds like neurological pain?

Did you go the A&E when it first occurred? What did they say?
