Hey I'm suffering from pain in my lower or middle shaft of penis since 2 weeks I also visited doctor and he thinks that is uti and gave me medicine's for 5 days today 5 day completed and it still panic out there so help me

I'm a woman, but I do have experience with uti's. 5 days doesn't seem long enough for treatment. I recommend going back to doc, which he then will probably give another 5 days of meds. Request referral to urologist. Sympathies sent.

I agree with Gini 1 you need to go back to your doctors today, sounds like you may need a different course of antibiotics, sorry to hear of your agony urinary infections are horrible, hope you feel better soon. You definitely need a follow up appointment as Gini said so ask your GP to refer you.

If it is still irritating you do as gina1 said and contact your doctor again.

Was it antibiotics that you were given?

Utis can be very painful, but should start to ease with the right antibiotics in a few days whether you are male or female. So as advised I would return to GP or visit a walk in or A&E if the pain is still bad, might be something else other than UTI. Take care

Visit doctor again. Keep returning to doctor until you have fully recovered from this.

Are you still suffering with this? A friend of mine had a bad infection in his prostate (started as a UTI), and ended up with chronic pain in his pelvis and penis. He manages it mainly by being very careful with what he eats and drinks. Anything that irritates his digestive system causes a pain flare, so he's cut out all kinds of things, including coffee, alcohol, and very spicy foods.
