Sciatica

I have been diagnosed on Monday with possible sciatica. I have s numb hip and thigh a very large area which I can't feel at all.

I have dull ache pains and some pain like needles sticking in me.

Has anyone else had similar symptoms?

Been given Diazapan and Naproxen! Helps a little , also doing hot and cold .

When will it go it so painful . Any ideas gratefully appreciated. X

I used to use a soft tennis ball to massage my glutes and leg. I found that along with the other things you are doing that helped me.
