THE brace came off, yeh then the physio was tough,the pain 😞😞it hurt like hell and felt like I couldn't cope later on in the evening as I couldn't get comfortable if I tried to sit down but,I had a good night's sleep in a while and the knee feels less stiff than it was yesterday.This part of the recovery is tougher than I thought but I will have to push through it and not give up.
