I have had this headache for a few weeks now, it happens almost every day and it can last anywhere from 5 Mins to a few Hours. I don't believe the headache is caused by stress because I'm not very stressed. I have taken Ibuprofen and it helps my headache but my headache keeps coming back. PLEASE HELP. I don't know what to do, I should also add that my headaches only happen in the afternoon and night.

My headaches feel like pressure and tightness around the back of my head, and I every time I move around It feels like my brain is bouncing around.
Hi sorry to hear that. You best best is to see your doctor as there could be any number of causes for a continual headache. I hope you find some answers.
Try Tiger Balm rub it in round temple and behind the ears and shoulder massage prob tension needing released
Could be tension in your upper back muscles. A deep tissue massage may help. Usually a sports masseuse can give the really dtm needed.
