Pain under left rib cage/ nausea & vomiting

It's been a week that I've had this pain under my left rib cage that comes with nausea and vomiting every time I eat... went to the ER twice to get a in and zofran. Pregnancy test negative and labs were ok except high blood pressure. I did think I was pregnant because of abnormal period last month ... pain is still there so I have dr appointment in Monday but does anybody know what could be wrong to cause the discomfort and vomiting

might be worth having a look at endometriosis,my partner suffered with various lower abdominal pains and sickness,a tough one to call,hopefully you can bare the pain and get some professional help,if your suffering with with pain that's getting worse return to your local hospital,its really difficult to discuss a condition that's not being diagnosed,I hope you get better soon

Have you thought it might be gall stones? Sounds quite similar to what my mum experienced. Keep a diary of when the pain is worse and what foods make the vomiting and nausea worse, could be worth a look and mentioning to your doc
