I've Finally been referred to my local hospital to have my venesection done there, rather than at the one ive been going to, the only reason being distance and the fact that for me to drive the 40 mile round trip I'd be in absolute agony. An also that my husband has to take time of work to take me, where as I can get myself to this hospital. The new consultant I saw is wanting me to have an echocardiagram done and also wanting me to see a liver specialist and also be seen by a gastro dr, for that last one i don't know why he wants me to have that done, but who I'm I too argue. Lol. The last few venesections I've had done have gone up again slightly but told that's normal, so got a long way to go to get to 50,at present in the 800's.

I don't know if I have HH I've not been told, I must ask that then next time I'm there getting my venesection. I've had so much blood taken lately I'm surprised I've any left, I think I need to remember all this next time I go. I've got appointments to see a gastro dr so I'm guessing they'll check all that, and also booked in for an echo, si I'm having a full body mot by sounds of it. Lol. I've looked for a h
Hematomachrosis group on her but couldn't find any.
Thanks for all the info going to writeit all down and ask them. Debbsπ
Yeah I'm sure I will. I'm a littled miffed that the first hospital hadn't done all of what this hospital is doing. You'd think it would be a standard thing that they do. π
