Hello, I'min the process of being referred to Pain Management Solutions for FM pain. Can anyone tell me anything about them please.

They take you through strategies on how to cope with pain.-- psychological, mindfulness , distraction etc. CBT and so on.

Also go through medical strategies- TENS , analgesics and painkillers right up to opioids.

No problems.😂

Thank you. All this info is greatly appreciated. I've been getting nowhere in my efforts to make my life a little easier so any help is very welcome. I hope all is well with you.

It would be very helpful for you an consultant if you kept a pain diary......a week before you go would be good.

Don't expect too much in the way of pain relief - there is no magic potions.. It is all about you managing your pain with the help of meds, alternative therapies pacing and learning how to manage your life

Pain Management Solutions is a company, isn't it? (I don't know anything about them except that they work with the NHS in some parts of the UK.)
