Burning pain around kneecap

I have had problems with my hip, for sometime now. I go gym and do stretches but now my knee is so painful with burning sensation in frequent burst

Go get it checked by a doctor, nobody on here can tell you what it is.

I agree, any new symptoms need to be seen by a doctor. Do you have a physio? If it is knee osteoarthritis then there are exercises that can help, but they need to be the right ones so that it doesn't make things worse.

the first thing to do is stop going to the gym until you find out what is causing this burning pain you may be making things worse as maybe you need to rest. go to your doctor and once you find out what is causing this you can find out if its safe to go to the gym. good luck. love grace xoxo

Need to see a chiropractor. Burning pain could be pressure being applied to a nerve. A slight twist on a vertebrate and pressures can be applied where they should not.
