I had pain...syatticer mostly but found a cure to stop that evil pain...had problems with depression and acrophobia nearly most of my life...😐 but am trying to combat that daily😊

I have had agoraphobia sinceI was 30 it has varied in severity was totally housebound for 15years but now get out and about not always on my own. How do you cope with it?I try positive affirmations and meditation but sometimes it's hell.Keeping busy is best but it just means you cant relax. What kind of Crafting do you do?
