Head pain

Hi there.it may not be the same but i get this on my left side mainly and i know its from gritting my teeth.i dont even realise im doing it most of the time.x

Please go see a doctor I'm not quite sure what it is but it will be coming from your neck I have that and when I cracking my neck and have a hot shower and get the back of my neck and shoulders it eases my mum puts her feet and hands in cold water with a flannel on her neck she suffers bad headachesuppliers hope I might have helped and I really hope the pain stops xxxx
