I have I'm under St Thomas hospital and they don't know what it is

See an Alexander Teacher. It could be a posture problem. The pain clinic at Kingston has an Alexander Teacher on their staff. So try and get referred to them. Seen your comment about being under "St Thomas hospital".

The pain in the bowels has no relation to pain in the head. However, the attitude and posture the body takes in response to pain in the bowels could lead to pain in the head.

Also, pain in the bowels could be an indication of poor digestion and wrong nutrient absorption which in turn could lead to head pain.

SO not related one way, but could be related in another. All yours to investigate.
