Infected bur sites.

I mentioned in a post a couple of days ago about a pain in my arm and also gout in my knee . The one thing is that they were both on the left side of my body . I suspected that the pain in my arm was bursitis . I went to the GP who firstly , upon hearing "on the left side "told me that I should have gone to A&E . He calmed down when finding out more . On examination he said it was bursitis , but the area that is covered means that it has got some kind of infection . I was given a course of antibiotics and one of anti inflammatory meds. However , he also reiterated " if it gets worse go to A&E ".
