Hello! Anyone out there have EF Epideral fibrosis? I just found out i have it and need support. I am trying hard to be strong. I am heartbroken from this news. No cure and I already have a bad back.

I have been on pain med for over 10 years and hope after my last operation that I would finally not be on them anymore, only to come away with severe scar tissue or EF. I am currently being referred for possible RACZ, which I am told can help. You have to stay strong, there are a lot of people out there the same as you, its a shame that the NHS cut all funding to the Pain Clinic, the one thing we all need!

Sorry to hear. What is RACZ? When did u find out I had EF? Thanks for replying, I appreciate it.
