Rivaroxaban

Hi I would like to take Glucosomin for my joints (sorry about spelling)

but I have to take Rivaroxaban to thin my blood because I have had a DVT

and am carrying the Lupus gene which makes my blood sticky.

Can you tell me if I can take both things together please

Like Pacemaker said, this is a question for the pharmacists. And do go and ask them, this is what they are really good at doing and there is a push on to get people to use them more.

Having said that, if you can't take Glucosamine, don't worry. I have tried it and it made no difference to my joints. There is research that shows for a lot of people it is no different to a placebo. cochrane.org/CD002946/MUSKE...
