Pelvic pain

Hello everyone. I'm new here and I hope I can get help. I'm 26 and still single. I have been diagonised with PID. Since 9months now. I've been on several antibiotics and intravenous. The pain reduced but its still on and off. It's was in the right side of my pelvic but now it's on the both side. And it feels like my ovary are paining me. I feel better thoo but I know there's still a pain there. What will I do

For my pelvic pain .im taking ibuprofen and vicodin.i use a heating pad and thermal pad patches.some food or drink may trigger pain also.less stress helps.
