pain in hands

im having accupuncture once a week on my neck and right arm and hand i find my fingers are awelling and cant bend my fingers so much pain fingers wont go straight im a diabetic and limited to painkilkers thank you

I suffer similar problems with chronic pain .I was in so much pain this morning that I went to the swimming pool and just floated about and lay on my back It helped a lot and reduced the Neuropothy in my feet it reduced the inflammation a lot
