Ok young person went to Thailand and rode a scooter ~ subsequently had an accident ~ lost most of skin on both legs, which of course became infected ๐ฎ (Nope you can't put an old head on young shoulders) Now most of the skin has healed but it's overly sensitive, clothes on their legs hurt. This person lives in a very cold part of Australia (it's across from Antarctica) What do you wear in the UK when it's ridiculously cold???
You guys will know!! ๐๐: Ok young person went... - Pain Concern
You guys will know!! ๐๐
Sorry the person is a girl ๐

Hot pants?
Sorry - couldn't resist that.
I'm in NZ at present where it's midwinter , and the guys wear shorts. Crazy!
Is silk out for a covering? It would be very sheer and gentle? I'm sure you have tried everything. Really sorry for your situation. I hope someone comes up with a better solution.
Cheers.
That's soo cute ๐ Apparently that's what she is wearing and just turning the heater up! ! I will recommend silk to her ~ Thank you!! ๐
Thermals are very soft if your friends legs are moisturised they may not stick or scrape to badly, and will certainly keep them warm, maybe a few sizes to big-so they are not to fitted.๐๐
Cool ๐ Good idea ~ will tell her of your suggestion ~ thankyou!!
I live in the far north of Scotland..... so very cold at times up here....and I would recommend fine silk as a thermal under layer. Should be gentle enough? Hope you find something to help
Thank you Shawnie, silk is a great idea, will definitely pass this on, thank you
Hi, just an idea, and you would have to check with a chemist or GP, but you can get anti chaff cream which helps prevent soreness and rubbing.
Maybe worth finding out.
Good luck.
Totally worth finding out ~ I will soo pass this on ~ shes being doing blasted pain meds reckons she is off them, hmmm
