Not really enough information for anyone to offer advice. What treatments are you on already? How does it affect your life ? How old are you ? This kind of information helps the forum to give you a reply

This is a big topic. There are books written on the subject. So you have asked a simple question and we cannot answer the question because it as it stands cannot be answered.

Do a bit of research on a question that has a simple reply and hopefully there can be someone to help.

Hi- looks like you might need a muscle relaxant and some physical therapy such as specialised massage to work out the stiffness.

Really sorry for your situation - it must be a real bummer to have that condition.
