Oh Carol that is good news and well deserved.

No it doesn't take pain away but does ease some of the stress which should ultimately help.

Dare i ask if you have applied for ESA as the out of work disability benefit? Or is that next?

Well done

Well done you don't let them beat you because they will do there best too

Recalled? You mean it was paid then taken back?

Why on earth do you have to wait 5 days?

all she could see was the payment had been sent and then recalled , it never got to my account . all she could do was send email to finance and they would ring me within 5 days with the answer as to why .

she was as helpful as she could be going over payments I have had , I am now on the higher enhanced payment so my last payment was backdated ,

this would be the first month with just the new enhanced rate

That may explain. Maybe they realsied after despatch it was at the old rate? Admin error!

Never known them quite so quick to realise their own mistakes though.

Hope they get back sooner although weekend in the middle won't help.

Fantastic news, great to hear you will at least have the worry of finance put on the back burner, so to speak!!

Like you say though, bless you it doesn't take the physical everyday pain away. Hopefully you will get that sorted out as well and at least have less pain than you do now.

I had my first Infliximab infusion last Friday and got the next on 9th Oct, then think the next one after that will be in a months time. Feeling a bit like I am going to go down with flu, my joints ache and my ribs really hurt if I take a deeper breath than my normal breathing pattern. Fingers crossed though that as the Infliximab gets into my system I should start to feel much better and be in less pain. I'm not expecting or asking for miracles, just to be in less pain and not to keep having all the horrible ulcers would be good. Hugs Clare x x

Brilliant news. Ive just posted abut my award and currently waiting for call back today to discuss mandatory reconsideration. Very anxious just now as don';t want to lose the standard rate they awarded!

very pleased for you.

Well done I'm dreading my PIP assessment. I am on ESA and DLA at the moment. My condition has deteriorated but have not applied for a review in case I don't win my claim.

Kind Regards
