Hello. I am a 16 year old girl. Recently I have been experiencing a pain in the back right side part of my head. Sometimes when I stand up, I get dizzy and and I had to stable myself for a few seconds. I also have a small lump in my ear I don't know if these symptoms are related. I would gladly like some input. Thanks in advance.

Certainly anything inside your ear will affect your balance so that could answer why you feel unstable when you get up.
Whether this is causing the pain in your head too I don't know but would definitely see your Doctor or GP.
It might be a straightforward infection treatable with anti biotics or he may refer you o an ENT specialist.
But go see him first - put your mind at rest.

I agree with Paton, go and see a doctor or A and E quickly. Ears are very small channels and anything upsetting them can be awkward. A small spot can feel like a football. You are 16 so under the law can take yourself wherever you like for treatment. You are in charge of your health now. You must be a responsible person to be able to articulate the help you have asked for. Let us know how you got on.
Please see a GP do not go to A+E it's not that urgent , the dept's are busy enough .Many things can be causing your dizziness.
I agree with the above but would also have your blood pressure checked too. This can cause dizziness on standing too. It takes five minutes and is not painfull just a cuff on your arm that fills with air. Some chemists do it for free too.
Best wishes

You do need to see your GP as a first step. There is no way we can diagnose here or even tell you whether its important to deal with or not. That's a doctors job. It may be something very obvious and simple to deal with, but you do need that medical assessment. If you really don't want to go to your GP, you could try phoning the NHS 111 service and they will assess how urgent it is and whether you do need to see a doctor. As someone else has said though, A & E probably isn't the right place to go, as this isn't an emergency. Here is the link for the NHS 111 service. nhs.uk/NHSEngland/AboutNHSs...
